Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot manufacturing, assembly, wiring, testing, and equipment-related issues Support production operations involving turret press fabrication, press brake forming, tube bending, mechanical assembly, and electric wiring Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard work Support tooling, fixtures, test equipment, and production systems Assist with equipment improvements, new product introductions, and engineering changes Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities Work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to improve safety, quality, and productivity

Required Qualifications:

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work around production equipment Ability to safely perform light to moderate physical tasks Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Electrical Technology, or related field preferred. Equivalent technical or manufacturing experience will be considered. Experience in appliance manufacturing, HVAC equipment manufacturing, furnace, boiler or water heater manufacturing, electro-mechanical assembly, electrical wiring and schematic interpretation, industrial equipment manufacturing, sheet metal fabrication, industrial maintenance, or manufacturing engineering support Ability to read assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
