Global oilfield services company seeks to hire Midshift Remanufacturing Techs (10 AM start). This is a physical and dirty position requiring the dismantling and disassembly of field equipment that may be in need of disposal, cleaning, or refurbishment. The position also involves reassembly and refurbishing of tools and equipment to extend lifespan of equipment.

Bartlesville, OK Pay Rate:

$24 per hour (including $1 per hour shift differential), plus overtime pay.

Position type:

Contract-to-hire. Conversion to permanent employee is possible after approximate 3-4 month initial work period. Position Schedule Mid shift, 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM, Monday through Friday, plus overtime as needed. Responsibilities Work with very dirty equipment Perform disassembly by following specific procedures and using appropriate tools. Thoroughly clean equipment components to remove petroleum product residues, mud deposits, and other contaminants. Inspect disassembled parts to identify damage, wear, or signs of corrosion. Perform minor repairs if necessary, such as replacing seals or worn parts. Assemble equipment after cleaning and repair, following manufacturer specifications and quality standards. Maintain accurate inventory of spare parts and tools used in the disassembly and cleaning process. Follow strict safety protocols when handling petroleum products and using tools and equipment. Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to schedule disassembly and cleaning times to minimize production interruptions. Requirements Previous mechanical disassembly and assembly skills, including the use of manual and power tools. Previous CNC Machinist or Manual Machinist experience is a plus Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety standards. Previous inspection skills to identify defects and damage. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Must be a skilled laborer with previous experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment Must be willing to work with dirty equipment, components, and materials.
