We supply advanced materials, ferrites and magnetic materials, dielectrics, ceramic bandpass filters, coaxial resonators, and coaxial inductors. Technical Operator (Assembler/Clean Line Operator)

Position Description:

The Technical Operator will assemble ceramic parts and operate cleaning machine to clean the parts. Candidate will also verify that the required part measurements were performed in the data collection database. The candidate will need to follow processes to minimize chips. Candidate may be required to stand for extended periods of time. Candidate must have good communication skills.

Work schedule:

Two positions available. Both will train from 5:45 am - 2:15 pm Monday-Friday for about 4 weeks before moving to regular hours of 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm Monday-Friday.

Primary job responsibilities:

Follow written instructions on the job traveler for each job. Assemble ceramic parts. Load and unload baskets with parts per job traveler and put parts into the proper clean foam package after cleaning of parts. Verify measurements of machined parts prior to cleaning. Perform functional tests on products. Complete paperwork for accepted and rejected material. Responsible for handling all products in a manner consistent with keeping the product clean and safe from contamination and chips and cracks. Drain down tanks daily and refill with water and cleaning solution. Contact lead operator when issues are encountered. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.

Requirements include:

High school diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills Lifting up to 25 pounds on a regular basis Standing for most or all of the shift Expected to communicate well in English both verbally and in written format.
