  • Job Description
  • We are seeking a skilled technician with experience in operating, setting up, and performing maintenance on high precision production equipment in a metal stamping and forming environment. Join our team to contribute to the production of high-quality parts meeting customer specifications.
  • Responsibilities
  • + Produce parts to customer specifications by loading coils, setting machines to specifications, and operating machines.
+ Troubleshoot equipment, read piece part drawings, and measure parts using the proper inspection equipment. + Inspect raw materials and enter data to inspection, adjustment, production, and inventory sheets. + Make adjustments to tooling to keep parts within specifications and ensure proper labeling, packaging, and palletizing of parts. + Utilize a lift truck or overhead crane to load and remove coils, clean coils, and inspect for defects. + Maintain continuous operation of machines by performing maintenance as required and oiling and lubricating machines as necessary. + Maintain all specifications by observing operations, detecting malfunctions, inspecting parts for defects/flaws, and measuring size of holes, thickness, and flatness of material. + Adjust machines as necessary to keep within specifications.
  • Essential Skills
  • + Experience with measuring tools and mechanical aptitude. + Proficiency in machine setup, change outs, maintenance repair, and using inspection equipment. + Experience in a production manufacturing environment. + Ability to use measuring/inspection tools and perform maintenance. + Knowledge of SOP in a manufacturing industry.

  • This is a Permanent position based out of Easton, PA.
  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $43680.00/yr. Medical Blue Cross Blue Shield, Dental, Vision and life insurance 401k along with PTO accrued.
