AllDayShirts.com is opening a new DTF production facility in Lebanon, PA, and we are looking for a hands-on Print Equipment Technician / Maintenance Technician to help keep our production equipment running reliably. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience working on printing equipment, production machinery, automated equipment, or industrial machinery. DTF experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are also interested in experienced technicians from DTG, screen printing, wide-format printing, packaging, manufacturing, industrial maintenance, or similar environments.

What You'll Do:

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment problems Perform preventive maintenance and routine equipment inspections Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to minimize downtime Replace, adjust, and maintain equipment components Respond quickly when equipment issues affect production Work with machine operators to identify and resolve recurring problems Maintain equipment service records and maintenance documentation Monitor and maintain spare parts and supplies Work with equipment manufacturers and outside service providers when needed Help keep production equipment clean, safe, and operating efficiently Perform other duties as assigned by management

What We're Looking For:

Experience troubleshooting and maintaining production, printing, manufacturing, or industrial equipment Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Basic to strong electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to diagnose problems and determine the best repair Comfortable working with tools, equipment, motors, sensors, electrical components, and mechanical systems Ability to work independently and respond to equipment problems quickly Strong attention to detail and safety Good communication and problem-solving skills Previous experience with DTF, DTG, screen printing, wide-format printing, or similar equipment is a plus Ability to learn new equipment and technology Why Join Us?
