Overview F3 Metalworx is hiring a Line Utility for our North East, PA facility. The ideal Line Utility is dependable, safety-focused, comfortable in a fast-paced production environment, and able to meet the physical requirements of the role. Schedule:

1st shift is approximately 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Thursday. Weekend shift is approximately 6AM to 6PM Friday through Sunday. REWARDS

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 200+ lbs. with team or equipment assistance
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, climb, and work for up to 10 hours
• Ability to work in high-temperature areas
• Ability to read and understand process sheets
• Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, earplugs, gloves, and safety toe shoes or boots
• Manufacturing or powder coating experience is helpful but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Load, hang, inspect, and pack parts according to process sheets and quality standards
• Monitor line setup, tooling, washer settings, line speed, and coating quality
• Communicate with teammates and supervisors to keep production moving safely and efficiently to join F3 Metalworx as a Line Utility .
