We are seeking a Clean Line Operator for immediate hire to support our production team. Position Overview The Clean Line Operator is responsible for preparing incoming aircraft engine components for inspection and repair. This includes cleaning, processing, and handling parts in accordance with FAA regulations and internal procedures. Responsibilities Clean aircraft engine components using approved methods and processes Operate cleaning tanks, wash systems, and chemical processes Perform plastic media blasting (PMB) / plastic bead cleaning as required Perform daily tank inspections and maintain cleaning systems Maintain clean line area and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards Accurately complete daily logs and required documentation Ensure proper part identification and traceability throughout the process Perform occasional component disassembly as required Support production and inspection teams as needed Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a regulated environment (FAA, FDA, aerospace, or similar) preferred Willing to train the right candidate Experience with industrial cleaning processes or media blasting is a plus Mechanical aptitude preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures Ability to safely handle chemicals and wear required PPE Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Weekly pay Overtime opportunities Additional Information Military experience encouraged to apply This is an on-site position (not remote)
