K Job Description:
Lockheed Architectural Solutions, Inc. is seeking a reliable Assembly & Manufacturing Technician to assist in the fabrication and assembly of products across multiple departments, including panels, doors, and aluminum window wall systems such as curtain wall and storefront systems. No prior experience is required—training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and fabricate aluminum window wall systems Assist with loading and unloading finished and unfinished materials Support machine operators in panel fabrication Assemble panel components and systems Perform quality control (QC) checks using shop and fabrication drawings Safely handle materials and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications:
Ability to follow instructions and established procedures Willingness to learn (training provided for entry-level candidates) Ability to read shop and fabrication drawings (preferred) Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure accurately Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with strong reliability and attendance Reliable transportation Technical Skills (Preferred): Familiarity with commercial door hardware and glass/glazing Experience using basic shop tools, such as: Miter saw, Screw gun, Circular (skill) saw, Hand drill Ability to cut, drill, rivet, and assemble aluminum extrusions and panel systems
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs on a regular basis Ability to stand and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Additional Information:
Overtime may be required 30-day probationary period
