Full-time | 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift options 🔧 Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate production equipment, monitor quality standards, and support efficient daily operations to meet production goals. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. 💼 Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production machinery and equipment Perform routine quality checks on products and materials Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production guidelines Maintain accurate documentation and production records Assist with equipment changeovers, setups, and minor adjustments Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized Identify production issues and communicate solutions to supervisors Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets 🛠️ Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 1+ year experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred (not required) Ability to read work instructions, safety guidelines, and basic measurement tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and stand for extended periods Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment ⭐ Preferred Skills Experience in automotive, industrial, or advanced manufacturing settings Knowledge of quality control systems or inspection tools Familiarity with lean manufacturing or 5S principles 💲 Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (varies by facility and shift) Shift differentials for 2nd/3rd shift Health, dental, and vision insurance Overtime opportunities Paid time off and holiday pay Career advancement and training available 📩 How to Apply If you're ready to take the next step in your manufacturing career, apply today!
