Full Job Description Weekend Injection Operator Location:
Dunlap, TN, 37327 Position Description Ensure quality standards and maintain a safe working environment. Coordinate schedules to meet production deadlines. Manufacture, troubleshoot, and repair parts, components, and systems. Set-up and operate injection-molding equipment to produce rubber and silicone frames as instructed. Perform and record measurements of part dimensions and check for aesthetic appearance. Read and diagnose errors from machine display. Block the release of faulty parts and units as instructed. Save and load tool data/tool files to the memory system. Assemble profiles/frames according to print specifications. Drill and deburr parts as required. Record inspection data as required. Achieve company standard times and scrap levels. Ensure proper supply of material to the workplace, including rubber and silicone compound material, inserts, and profiles. Package semi-finished and finished goods in line with production orders and packaging visualization. Maintain a safe and clean production area. Fulfill other duties as determined by skill level and corporate need. Educational Level High School Diploma or advanced degree required. Special Skills / Qualifications Willingness to learn and work in other areas. Ability to handle multiple tasks and shift priorities. Show proficiency in all projects across all departments. Familiarity with company policies, procedures, and instructions. Proficiency in SAP preferred.
