$22-$26 Position Overview M Force Partners is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support electronics manufacturing, product repair, calibration, testing, and inventory activities in Knoxville, TN. This position will work with electronic and mechanical components while supporting the production, repair, and shipment of technical equipment. The ideal Manufacturing Technician has strong technical and mechanical aptitude with experience in product assembly, troubleshooting, repair, or a related technical environment. This individual should be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with computers and electronic hardware. The Manufacturing Technician will also support quality control, equipment calibration, light PCB and battery pack programming, inventory management, and occasional customer communication related to repairs and shipments. Key Responsibilities Assemble, inspect, test, and repair electronic and mechanical product components Conduct quality checks to verify the functionality and performance of parts and components Troubleshoot product issues and perform minor repairs as needed Perform equipment repairs and calibrations Support light electronics manufacturing and production activities Perform light programming of PCBs and battery packs Document production, repair, calibration, and quality information accurately Maintain productivity records and prepare incident documentation when required Monitor and maintain inventory of parts required for upcoming production orders Support inventory counts and ensure required components are available for manufacturing and repair activities Follow established quality control procedures and production standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Comply with internal procedures, safety requirements, and applicable industry regulations Provide periodic customer support by email and phone regarding equipment repairs and shipments Collaborate with manufacturing, repair, technical, and customer support team members Required Qualifications Two-year technical degree or equivalent relevant experience with a high school diploma Strong technical and mechanical aptitude Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electronic components Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment Working knowledge of computers and standard office software Ability to accurately document production, repair, calibration, and inventory activities Ability to maintain quality standards while completing manufacturing and repair activities Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing, electronics, production, repair, or technical service experience Experience with electronics soldering Experience performing quality control procedures and meeting production standards Knowledge of electronics manufacturing or assembly processes Experience repairing and calibrating electronic equipment Experience programming or working with PCBs and battery packs Experience with inventory management Familiarity with SOS Inventory or similar inventory management software Experience communicating with customers regarding technical repairs, service, or shipments Job presented by M Force Partners M Force Partners is a specialized recruitment partner connecting top-tier talent with leading organizations.
