$20/hr W2, no benefitsJob Summary:
We are looking for a Manufacturing Process Technician to support production operations, process improvement, safety, quality, and productivity. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience and knowledge of Lean/Continuous Improvement practices.Responsibilities:
Support manufacturing and production process improvement activities. Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, process flows, and production documentation. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and reduce waste. Support Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and root cause analysis activities. Assist with corrective actions, line balancing, capacity planning, and new process implementation. Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams. Use Microsoft Excel and manufacturing/ERP/MES systems as needed.Requirements:
2+ years of manufacturing, production, industrial engineering, or engineering technician experience. Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement preferred. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. #Indeed_D Pay:
