We are looking for a motivated Electronics Manufacturing Technician to join our team. This position involves functional testing, PCB assembly support, box-build assembly, and final product integration across a wide variety of electronic products. Unlike large manufacturing companies where you may work on the same product every day, you'll have the opportunity to work on new products, support engineering, and play an important role from prototype through production. Duties Perform functional testing of PCB assemblies and finished electronic products Assemble electronic products, enclosures, cables, and final box-build assemblies Follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and engineering documentation Perform basic soldering, rework, and PCB assembly as needed Record test results and maintain accurate production documentation Identify and communicate product or manufacturing issues to engineering and production teams Perform visual inspection to ensure products meet quality standards Support prototype builds, new product introductions, and low-volume production Maintain ESD compliance and a clean, organized work area Assist other production areas as needed in a collaborative team environment Skills Experience in electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, or functional testing Ability to read work instructions, assembly drawings, and basic schematics Experience using digital multimeters and common hand tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Basic soldering and rework experience preferred Comfortable working on multiple products in a fast-paced, high-mix environment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Positive attitude, dependable attendance, and willingness to learn IPC certification is a plus but not required

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
