Job Description

We're hiring Paint Line Utility Operators in Terrell, TX! This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience who is looking for long-term stability, great benefits, and opportunities to grow within the plant. Benefits Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Cross-training and advancement opportunities Long-term career growth The company has never had a layoff Day 1 Requirements Must have 2+ years with the same employer within the last 5 years Previous manufacturing experience as a Technical Operator or similar production role Experience working with hand tools Able to read a tape measure Able to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and being on your feet throughout the entire shift Job Responsibilities You will work on the paint line with a crew of 4-5 team members in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment. Attend a start-of-shift meeting to review production expectations Clean steel parts, including flanges, supports, stiffeners, and other components, using specialty brushes Hang prepared parts onto monorail crane hooks for painting Use a spray gun to paint products according to work order specifications Move products through the production line for oven heat treatment Maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards throughout the shift Growth Opportunities This is a great entry-level starting point within the plant. Strong performers can be cross-trained in other areas, including plate shagging, machine operation, and additional production roles.
