Job Description

AKS is expanding and looking for a TIG welder and someone with hands-on experience in fabrication. Must have excellent attention to detail and produce quality welds. This job will provide an opportunity to work on a variety of tasks. Individual hired for this position need to be willing and able to learn new skills as well as assist other shop technicians as needed. Full time positions with growth potential available. HOURS Full time
  • Monday thru Friday
  • 7am to 3:30pm
COMPENSATION
Starting pay $16
  • $22 per hour DOE.
Overtime is any time after 40 hours in workweek and is paid at 1.5 times regular pay. Job performance determines pay increases, bonuses and promotions. We are a "pay for performance" company: The more you contribute to the company's success, the more money you make.
