This is a hands-on production role focused on running equipment, completing finishing work, and keeping jobs moving accurately and on schedule. You will work primarily in the finishing and production side of the shop, run equipment, complete finishing work, and keep multiple jobs moving at the same time. This role requires someone who is dependable, organized, and highly attentive to detail. Accuracy matters in this position. If you are not naturally detail-oriented, this will not be the right fit. The job includes machine-based finishing work such as cutting, folding, booklet making, binding, laminating, shrink wrapping, and banner finishing. Responsibilities Run production and finishing equipment Cut and trim printed jobs to size Fold brochures, flyers, invitations, and other paper products Complete booklet making, stapling, binding, laminating, and shrink wrapping Produce and finish vinyl banners, including cutting, hemming, grommeting, and packaging Load paper, vinyl, and other materials into equipment Track multiple active jobs and keep work moving on schedule Check finished work for quality, accuracy, and appearance Count, sort, assemble, package, and stage completed orders Mount posters to foam board when needed Keep the production area clean, organized, and ready for work Requirements Strong attention to detail is required Able to manage multiple jobs at once without losing track of details Dependable and on time Strong work ethic Quick learner Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Comfortable working with machinery and equipment Able to follow instructions and maintain quality standards Physical Requirements Able to lift and move 50 pounds Able to stand and move for most of the workday Able to perform repetitive production tasks consistently Preferred Experience Print shop, sign shop, bindery, or production experience Experience using cutters, folders, laminators, booklet makers, grommet tools, or similar equipment Experience working under deadlines and managing multiple active jobs Schedule Monday through Friday Day shift
