Job Description

Concrete Coatings Installer - TSR Concrete Coatings / Tacoma WA "Grind, Coat, Repeat - Join the Floor Glow-Up Crew!" Are you someone who likes working with your hands, hates boring desk jobs, and takes pride in a job well done (and well-coated)? You're in luck — TSR Concrete Coatings is looking for a Concrete Coating Installer , and no, we're not talking about warehouse work or pushing paper. We're talking transformation magic — turning average concrete floors into works of art with grinders, coatings, and some good ol' teamwork.
What You'll Be Doing:
Mastering the orbital grinder like a boss Getting cozy with a 7" hand grinder Brushing on coatings without looking like you got in a paint fight Mixing polyurea coatings like a mad scientist (a clean one, though) Prepping and restoring concrete surfaces so smooth you'll want to Instagram them Being a reliable, upbeat team player who can talk to customers without hiding behind a tool cart RevaFlex is a poured-in-place rubberized safety surface applied over existing concrete, asphalt, or other solid substrates to create a durable, flexible, slip-resistant surface for patios, pool decks, walkways, garages, and similar areas. Troweling experience preferred.
What We're Looking For:
Experience is great, but we'll train the right person Willingness to work long shifts and occasionally be the weekend warrior Can lift 50-100 lbs without grumbling too much You like working outside (sun, wind, rain, or the occasional "is this weather even legal?" day) Valid driver's license and a decent playlist for the ride to job site Why Join Revamp? $21/hour to start — get paid well to do what you're awesome at 10 hour days, Monday - Thursday (some overtime availability) We're fun, friendly, and actually like each other Full benefits + PTO + retirement options Steady work, great team, and awesome projects Real opportunity to grow your skills (and your paycheck) If you're ready to level up your career with a team that values quality, hustle, and a little bit of fun, hit that apply button. Whether you're looking to get your hands dirty or just really love the smell of fresh epoxy in the morning, we're ready to meet you. #
