  • SMT Operator
  • ENTRY LEVEL Electronics Manufacturing Career Opportunity!
  • Vancouver, WA
  • Swing Shift, 2:45pm to 11:15pm, Monday to Friday
  • Job Description
  • Operate SMT equipment including Juki Pick & Place machines, Reflow Ovens, Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems, and Wash Machines.

Set up and teardown SMT machines according to detailed work instructions. Load feeders with electronic components according to setup sheets and verify components by following production documentation. Make minor machine adjustments and clear machine jams as needed. Position PCBs on machine fixtures and monitor machine operation while performing visual inspection of assembled boards for quality issues. Complete production records and batch logs accurately, and follow all safety procedures and protocols.

  • Responsibilities

  • Essential Skills
  • + Mechanically inclined with assembly and production line experience. + Ability to stand during the majority of the shift. + Experience in production, electronic assembly, and handling hand tools.
  • Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • + No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided.

+ High school diploma or GED preferred.

+ Strong vision and hand-eye coordination.

+ Ability to follow detailed written instructions.

+ Basic computer skills.

+ Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks.

+ Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

+ Ability to work well in a team environment.

+ Reliable attendance and punctuality.

  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $18.

00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
