If you enjoy working with machinery, setting up equipment, and troubleshooting how things run, this position provides the hands-on training you need to master the equipment and build your career. Key Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and adjust collating machinery to fold and assemble cartons according to job specifications. Adjust machine settings for different carton sizes and styles. Conduct routine mechanical checks and minor upkeep on collating equipment to ensure optimal performance. Identify and report machine defects or malfunctions to maintenance and leadership. Inspect cartons for defects, ensuring precise alignment and stacking before product moves to the next stage of production. Safely load, unload, and replenish carton stock along the production line. Strict adherence to all safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and machinery safeguards. What to Stand out?!
