2:00pm- 10:00pm or 10:00pm

maintenance, troubleshooting, and keeping the line going! Ready to start? Apply now! Line Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Perform routine maintenance tasks on production equipment, including aerosol filling machines, conveyors, mixers, and packaging systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections, lubrications, and adjustments according to established schedules to minimize equipment breakdowns and maintain optimal performance
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions, identify the root cause of problems, and perform necessary repairs or replacements of faulty components
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns or malfunctions, troubleshoot the issues, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime
- Utilize a variety of tools, diagnostic equipment, and techniques to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair of equipment issues
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment maintenance logs, repair reports, and parts inventory
- Collaborate with production and quality control teams to address equipment-related issues and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while performing maintenance tasks to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring proper integration and functionality within the production line
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and technological developments in aerosol manufacturing equipment to provide recommendations for process improvements and equipment upgrades
Line Operator Requirements:
- Basic math skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Prior experience working on machines and troubleshooting equipment
