Green Bay Packaging seeks a Tool & Die Utility Technician to support safe, reliable operation of tooling in our manufacturing plant. You will assist with setup, repair, sharpening, and adjustment of dies, cutting tools, and related equipment used in corrugated and paperboard converting. Responsibilities include reading prints, performing precise measurements, troubleshooting tooling issues, supporting changeovers, and completing preventive maintenance. You'll collaborate closely with production, maintenance, and safety teams in a clean, stable, growth-focused environment that values continuous improvement, sustainability, and long-term careers. Responsibilities Maintain, repair, and adjust tooling and dies for packaging equipment Support machine setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting on production lines Read blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate tooling configuration Perform precision measurements and inspections of tooling components Complete preventive maintenance tasks and document work performed Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime Follow all plant safety, quality, and housekeeping standards Recommend improvements to tooling reliability and production efficiency Required Skills Tool and die maintenance Blueprint reading Precision measurement (micrometers, calipers) Mechanical troubleshooting Machine setup and changeover Preventive maintenance Industrial safety procedures Basic CNC or grinding operations Use of hand and power tools Documentation and work order systems
