Griffin Ford is looking for experienced Ford Automotive Technicians who are ready to stay busy and make money. We have a strong, consistent workload and are looking to add skilled technicians to our growing service department. WHAT WE OFFER

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Diagnose and repair Ford cars, SUVs, and trucks Perform engine, transmission, electrical, drivability, suspension, steering, brake, and HVAC repairs Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs Perform vehicle inspections and identify needed maintenance and repairs Use Ford diagnostic equipment and service information Accurately document diagnosis and repairs on repair orders Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Work with advisors, parts personnel, dispatch, and other technicians to keep jobs moving Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous professional automotive technician experience Ford dealership experience strongly preferred Ford certifications are a plus Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills Electrical and drivability experience is a plus Diesel and transmission experience is a major plus Ability to work independently and efficiently Valid driver's license Dependable, motivated, and ready to work
