Production Technician

What You'll Do:

As a Production Technician, you'll play a key role in crafting beautiful, durable interior doors that enhance homes and businesses. You'll operate a variety of machines, use hand tools, and collaborate with your team to ensure production targets are met while maintaining the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include setting up and operating production equipment, feeding materials into machines, inspecting finished products, and packaging doors for shipment. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area, following all safety protocols, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment. Any Other Duties As Assigned.

What You'll Need:

A positive attitude and a strong work ethic A commitment to safety and quality The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment Basic math, reading, and writing skills The physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 70 lbs. repeatedly Experience using hand tools and a tape measure is a plus! Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (occasional overtime shift 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM) 40-50 hours per week
