Develop and manage trial processes for new customer products.
Perform metallographic analysis and statistical process monitoring as needed.
Provide technical support to raw material and outside processing suppliers.
Experience working in an AS9100 and NADCAP certified environment.
Metals processing experience required.
Experience working with Nickel, Titanium, and/or Cobalt materials required.
Knowledge of thermal processing, cold working, and metal processing.

$70k-$80k/yr. We are seeking a Process Engineer to support manufacturing processes, metallurgical operations, and continuous improvement within a specialty metals manufacturing environment. This role will provide technical support to production, customers, suppliers, and internal teams while developing and maintaining efficient processes that meet customer and industry requirements.Job Duties:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Engineering/Science, or related field.Experience working in an AS9100 and NADCAP certified environment.
