- How You'll Make an Impact
- + Innovate boldly by advancing next-gen ceramic and coating technologies that boost turbine performance and support the energy transition + Own the full lifecycle from concept and R D through qualification, industrialization, and production deployment + Collaborate globally with cross-functional teams and external partners to turn breakthrough ideas into scalable solutions + Enable funding impact by identifying and leveraging public funding to accelerate high-value R D initiatives + Connect the ecosystem as a key technical interface across design, manufacturing, quality, procurement, and marketing + Lead with execution by driving projects forward, aligning stakeholders, and delivering real-world, high-performance results •What You Bring•+ Bachelor's degree required in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a related field + 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in ceramics and coating technologies (higher experience may be considered for advanced roles) + Technical expertise preferred in high-temperature ceramic coatings, corrosion coatings, thermal barrier coatings, or thermal spray processes + Solid understanding of project management practices, with experience in PLM tools and methodologies + Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate technical knowledge into practical applications + Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally to support projects and collaboration + Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

- Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
