- Supervise and coordinate manufacturing engineering and technical activities to optimize production processes
- Provide engineering and technical support for manufacturing systems and process improvement initiatives
- Mentor and develop technicians while guiding them through mold setup procedures for R&D trials
- Manage trial runs and production ramp-ups while identifying opportunities to enhance mold performance, processes, and standard operating procedures Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred (AS/BS in Engineering)
