We are looking for a full-time Welding Engineer to support customers and operations while developing and optimizing welding processes for DED-arc applications. What can we offerYOU:

$120,000-$150,000 annually, offer depending on experienceQualifications:
BS or MS in Welding Engineering or related engineering field; or qualified in one of the following- IWE/WT/AWS (International Welding Engineer or similar). Experience in manufacturing, welding, and/or robotics. Knowledge of welding high-alloy steels, stainless steel, nickel-based, titanium, cooper, and aluminum alloys. Knowledge of welding metallurgy and inspection techniques. Familiarity with AWS, ASME, ASTM, NAVSEA, DEFSTAN, and ISO standards. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel as required. Must be a U.S. Citizen and willing to undergo a background check.Key Responsibilities:
Develop, qualify, and optimize welding processes for wire-arc printing. Support production teams and customers with welding techniques and troubleshooting. Develop welding parameters and perform welding qualification testing. Analyze weld quality, mechanical testing, and NDE results. Collaborate with software and engineering teams to improve process control and hardware. Use CAD software to develop strategies for 3D printing using wire-arc processes.
