We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager with 8+ years of sales experience in plastic machinery or peripheral equipment. Job Overview Sales & Business Development Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual quotas Identify, qualify, and cultivate new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and leveraging industry contacts. Manage and grow a pipeline of opportunities in the CRM. Conduct compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and ROI analyses for key decision-makers. Client & Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, OEMs, and contract manufacturers within the territory. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers. Partner with internal application engineering and service teams to provide comprehensive technical solutions that address client pain points Market & Competitive Analysis Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape. Provide timely feedback to leadership on market trends, customer needs, and competitive threats. Identify and target key vertical markets (industries). Strategic Planning & Reporting Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement accurately. Develop territory management plans to maximize market coverage and penetration. Submit regular activity and performance reports to senior management. Sales force & team building Establish and maintain the sales team (direct sales and sales rep/agent) to accomplish regional sales targets. Provide training, guidelines, and motivation to the sales team to guarantee sales performance. Sales forecast and budget Make monthly sales targets and action plan. Make annual sales budget and business plan. Marketing & Promotion Work out the most applicable marketing tools and promotion plan to support sales target. Participate in marketing events, fairs, exhibitions, and on social media to promote company brand & image. Meeting & Report Conduct regional sales meetings and attend company Teams meetings. Upload in CRM the weekly sales report, sales visit schedule, and potential order list.
