Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced SR. Manufacturing Tooling Engineer to join our team in Monette, AR, 72447. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the design, development, and optimization of tooling solutions that enhance our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Design and develop tooling solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify tooling needs and specifications. Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for new tooling projects. Oversee the prototyping and testing of new tooling designs. Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing teams during production. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance tooling performance. Maintain documentation related to tooling designs, modifications, and performance metrics. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in tooling technology. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in tooling design and manufacturing processes. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of materials and manufacturing methods. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
