This Mechanical Engineer role is based fully on-site in Inglewood, CA, where you'll own designs from early concept through production, working hands-on with CAD, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing. The company values engineers who think about aesthetics, usability, and real-world performance—engineers who want to see and touch what they build. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical Engineer position include: Designing and owning mechanical modules and vessels from concept through production using SolidWorks Creating detailed 3D CAD models and drawings, with strong emphasis on sheet metal and manufacturable designs Building and testing prototypes using 3D printers and machining, then iterating based on results Applying DFM/DFA principles while working closely with manufacturers and suppliers Solving open-ended engineering problems where requirements evolve and tradeoffs matter Supporting production handoff and system-level debugging in collaboration with cross-functional teams Contributing to products designed for harsh or outdoor environments Taking full ownership of assigned mechanical systems and continuously improving designs

Salary:

$100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
