Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team and drive the development of cutting-edge mechanical products and systems. Duties Lead mechanical product development projects from concept through production, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications Create detailed mechanical drawings, schematics, and 3D models using AutoCAD software for innovative product designs Conduct root cause analysis on mechanical failures or performance issues to identify corrective actions Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, plumbimg and fire sprilnker engineers, manufacturing specialists, and project managers to optimize design solutions Apply industry standards such as ASHRAE, building codes and standards in all design and engineering activities while maintaining compliance design criteri Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus Proven experience practicing in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role with hands-on involvement in mechanical product development projects Strong proficiency in AutoCAD software Familiarity with manufacturing processes, machine design principles, tolerance analysis, and mechanical system integration Ability to perform root cause analysis efficiently using structured problem-solving methodologies Excellent cross-functional communication skills to coordinate effectively across teams and stakeholders Join us if you're eager to innovate within a fast-paced environment where your mechanical expertise will shape the future of our products. Pay:

$80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
