Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide prompt seating assistance Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items including wine, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, including handling cash register operations and sales transactions processing Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, wine pairings, and beverage options like spirits and cocktails Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met by following proper food handling procedures Assist with setting up dining areas for service, cleaning tables promptly, and managing guest relations to foster a welcoming atmosphere Experience Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or fine dining environment is preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Experience with beverage service including wine knowledge, cocktail mixing, spirits handling, and drink presentation enhances your candidacy Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries or concerns professionally Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and basic math skills for processing transactions accurately Experience working in a nightclub or hospitality setting adds valuable insight into dynamic service environments Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences in a lively setting!
