Up to $150,000 Visa sponsorship is not available for any position with this client - Candidates must be able to clear International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) Our client, an innovative leader in the technology industry, is seeking a R&D Software Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a R&D Software Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Research & Development & Operations departments supporting cutting-edge projects and collaborating with talented professionals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a passion for technological advancement, which will align successfully within the organization. What's the Job? Design, develop, and optimize innovative software solutions for research projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research concepts into functional prototypes Conduct rigorous testing and validation of new software tools and algorithms Document technical specifications and contribute to project reports Stay current with emerging technologies and incorporate them into ongoing projects What's Needed? Proven experience in software development, preferably in research and development environments Strong programming skills in relevant languages such as Python, C++, or Java Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts What's in it for me?
