Provides operational management and technical leadership for entire mechanical test operations team. Establish work schedules, plans, and support required to allow performance of the ATLO effort to assure compliance with the established Program Integrated Master Schedules. Interfaces with the program, their customers and consultants regarding all aspects of SV ATLO mechanical operations tasks. Maintains open communication with the key program personnel. Creates a positive work environment for all ATLO personnel that incorporates effective communications, timely performance feedback, and opportunities for personal growth. Directs the following activities:

establishing functional and technical specifications and standards, solving hardware/software interface problems, defining input/output parameters, and ensuring integration of the entire system or subsystem. Manages the development and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems. Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations. Spacecraft production activities, which includes developing detailed plans, understanding the entire lifecycle of the SV build, and providing status on the execution of those activities in order to meet customer commitments. Experience leading a multi-functional team consisting of mechanical test operations, mechanical/manufacturing engineering, and various production support functions. LM2100 Spacecraft assembly process and GSE background is required. Experience with the Failure/Test Analysis Board, Material Review Board and Configuration Control Board processes. Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
