Reverse engineer components with precise critical manufacturing tolerances. Create detailed 3D parametric CAD models and unit upgrade drawings.

Conduct unit testing using LabVIEW and data acquisition (DAQ) tools on a daily basis (vibration, temperature, and performance metrics).Lead technical repair and new build projects. Guide and train shop technicians, resolve in-house service issues, and maintain ISO certification and quality procedures.

Partner with field sales on technical customer presentations, coordinate vendor/facility activities, and act as the liaison to corporate engineering. Position Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Mechanical Engineering Technology (BSMET) from an accredited program.3+ years of industrial engineering or manufacturing experience (ideally focused on gearboxes, heavy rotating machinery, drive trains, or high-precision mechanical repairs).Experience with SolidWorks is preferred; experience with other 3D parametric CAD software (e.g., Inventor, Creo) is acceptable.

Exposure to or functional knowledge of LabVIEW and data acquisition setups (will use daily on the shop floor).US Citizenship or legal authorization to work in an ITAR-regulated environment is required.
