In this role you will be working as a Senior Mechanical Engineer for a company in the Energy and Aerospace industries with hands on involvement in the design and application of components and systems for aerospace, defense and related industries. You will be validating mechanical designs, supporting manufacturing, and leading technical activities from concept through production. Qualifications 5-8 years mechanical design & development experience Strong background in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, FEA, thermal, shock, and vibration analysis Experience with Aerospace, Defense, and other high reliability application Experience with high‑strength aluminum alloys, electromechanical components Experience creating detailed drawings, assembly documentation, and BOMs Experience or familiarity with ANSYS Understanding of GD&T (ASME Y14.5) and tolerance analysis Familiarity with ISO9000 or AS9100 quality systems Experience with DFMEA, root cause analysis, and product qualification Experience or understanding of environmental testing Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder
