Position Responsibilities Product Development & Design Lead complex mechanical design projects from concept to production, ensuring performance and quality standards are met. Use advanced CAD tools to develop detailed mechanical components and systems. Collaborate with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams to deliver integrated solutions. Engineering Analysis Perform engineering calculations, tolerance analyses, and simulations to verify product performance. Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address design or production issues. Project Management Manage engineering projects, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with company goals. Support product validation and verification activities through testing and documentation. Collaboration & Technical Leadership Serve as a technical mentor to junior engineers, sharing best practices and fostering continuous learning. Participate in cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and process improvements. Documentation & Compliance Generate and maintain detailed design documentation, including drawings, BOMs, and test reports. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and internal protocols.
