Schedule:

Mon-Fri Pay range: $40/hr to $45/hr on W2 (all inclusive) Typical task breakdown: Support for root cause investigation of field issues, design of solutions, release and implementation of solutions. New product concepts, design development, and implementation. Current factory issue support, design & process issue investigations, and supplier support. Creo Modeling & Drawings for designs. Collaboration with internal and external process partners.

Intake Call Notes Main Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 8-10 years of rotating component design or a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of rotational design; must have a background supporting for root cause investigation of field issues, design of solutions, release and implementation of solutions; must have solid mechanical aptitude, must have experience with new product concepts, design development, and implementation; they has several employees that have a background in working on farming equipment like (John Deere); must have experience in CREO modeling and drawings for designs; current factory issue support, design & process issue investigations, and supplier support; must have solid FMEA, APQP and PPAP support; knowledge of rotating component design; someone with drivetrain design would be the best fit, but is not required (specifically designing axles - differentials and/or braking systems); there will be a high volume of hands-on work in this role; must have exceptional communication skills because this group has a level of support and collaboration.
