Job Description

We are seeking a sharp, creative, and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to support our most advanced aerospace and defense machining projects. You will engineer highly precise components, collaborate with production and quality teams, and contribute directly to mission-critical programs. What You'll Do Engineer new and existing aerospace components using advanced CNC technologies Optimize machining setups for speed, quality, and cost Collaborate with production and quality to ensure high-precision results Solve complex technical challenges in real-world applications Support customer documentation, troubleshooting, and technical inquiries Drive continuous improvement initiatives in engineering and manufacturing What You Bring B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related field Hands-on machining experience (CNC turning/milling required; Swiss lathe a plus) Strong understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and manufacturing processes Experience with aerospace components or precision parts preferred Fast-paced, organized, and proactive work style
Bonus:
Knowledge of AS9100, PPAP, CMM, or inspection processes Due to U.S. Export Control laws and regulations, applicants must be a "U.S. Person" as defined by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Competitive pay:
