What You'll Do As a Mechanical Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing and improving innovative technical training systems that bring industrial concepts to life. Key Responsibilities Lead mechanical design efforts from concept development through production release Create and maintain CAD models, engineering drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) Develop products that are manufacturable, reliable, cost-effective, and competitive Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions Support prototype fabrication, testing, validation, and product launches Drive continuous improvement through redesigns, upgrades, and cost-reduction initiatives Process and implement Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) Contribute innovative ideas that enhance product performance, usability, and educational value What You'll Bring Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Experience applying sound engineering and design principles Proficiency with CAD software, including SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple disciplines Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with industrial equipment or automation systems Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems Familiarity with HVAC or refrigeration systems Experience supporting products from concept through manufacturing What We Offer We believe exceptional work happens when employees have the support and flexibility to thrive.
