Provide hands-on engineering support on the manufacturing floor. Maintain accurate tooling drawings, process documentation, and engineering records. Promote safe work practices and support continuous-improvement initiatives. At least two years of experience using 3D design software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD. Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving ability. Ability and willingness to work directly within a manufacturing and production environment. Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills. Ability to translate engineering concepts into practical manufacturing solutions. Hands-on experience with tooling, dies, fixtures, or metal-forming processes. Knowledge of nut-and-bolt cold-forming principles. Experience troubleshooting tooling or production issues on the manufacturing floor. Familiarity with root-cause analysis and continuous-improvement methods. Proficiency with SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Compensation and Benefits Base salary of $80,000-$90,000. Additional 10%-15% ROA performance bonus.
