You'll collaborate with experienced construction professionals and help solve real challenges on site at water and wastewater facilities. Key Learning Areas Estimating Learn how construction estimates are built Assist with quantity takeoffs and cost breakdowns Pre-Construction Help prepare projects for kickoff and mobilization Assist with submittals, purchase orders, and subcontract setup Project Management Support daily project tracking and reporting Learn scheduling, cost control, and change orders Work closely with teammates, vendors, and subcontractors What We're Looking For Interest in construction, engineering, or infrastructure Strong communication and teamwork skills Organized, motivated, and eager to learn Comfortable working on active job sites Why ACE ACE is a Top 200 Environmental Contractor (ENR) with over 21 years of experience building critical water infrastructure.
