Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated Food Service Worker to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. This role involves supporting food preparation, serving, and maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service. Ideal candidates will have experience in fine dining, catering, or the food industry, with a strong focus on hospitality and food handling. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and excellent service are valued. Responsibilities Prepare and serve food items according to established standards, including catering and banquet setups Assist with food presentation and plating to ensure an appealing dining experience Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing guest needs promptly Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen stations and dining spaces Handle food safely following all health regulations and safety protocols Support dietary accommodations and special requests as needed Assist with setup and breakdown of events or large gatherings Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during service hours Experience Prior experience in food service, including fine dining, catering, or banquet settings preferred Customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards Experience working in restaurants, hospitality, or the food industry is highly desirable Barista experience or background in the food industry is a plus Dietary aide experience or familiarity with dietary restrictions can be beneficial Strong teamwork skills with a focus on providing excellent guest experiences
