Mechanical Engineer (Multiple Openings)

Develop product designs using advanced mechanical engineering design methodologies and conduct feasibility studies based on manufacturing methods and processes. Utilize CAD/CAM tools including CATIA, SolidWorks, and PDM to create and revise designs and generate detailed mechanical drawings and bills of materials. Prepare technical specifications by evaluating and interpreting technical drawings and analyzing key design constraints. Test, refine, and update mechanical designs to support product launches. Perform design validation, evaluate prototypes, and ensure reliability and specification requirements are met. Provide technical support to product engineering and collaborate with manufacturing to establish and maintain quality standards. Some business travel approximately two times per year for client visits in U.S and / or travel or relocation to unanticipated locations in U.S.A. required. Job location is Farmington Hills, Michigan and unanticipated locations in the U.S.
