Informa Business Systems, Inc has provided outstanding customer service and support to financial institutions in Michigan, Northern Indiana, Northern Ohio, Florida and Illinois for over 50 years. We sell and service banking products such as ATMs, Interactive Teller Machines, Teller Cash Recyclers, Drive-Thru Systems, Coin Machines, and a full line of customer-driven software products. We are looking for a professional person to work with our customers in the Gaylord area. We will train you to perform the following duties: Basic operation of ATMs, Cash Dispensers, and ITM's. Required security methods and procedures. Detailed knowledge of all aspects of work that Informa performs during PMs. Familiarization of all components, operation & replacement of components & complete units. Understand the Windows platform and how to navigate through and around Windows. Develop a working knowledge of all operating and troubleshooting procedures. Basic required skill sets needed to qualify for this position: Good mechanical aptitude with the ability to demonstrate this. Detail-oriented person. Dependable and able to work without direct supervision. Always review work to ensure correct completion. Ability to focus on the job in front of you and ignore distractions. Present yourself as a clean and neat person in all respects (hair, clothes, etc.) Familiar with tools and how they are used. Familiar with Microsoft family of products and computers/printers - all components, including operation. Must have a clean driving record and able to pass a background check and drug screening. Pay will be based upon experience.
