Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes Strong analytical, problem solving, written communication, and cross functional collaboration skills. Additional Technical Skills (Desired) Experience in root cause investigation, issue resolution, data analysis, documentation and cross functional team collaboration Ability to support assembly and manufacturing processes, including torque tool applications, lifting processes, time studies, line balancing, capacity analysis, and standard work development. Experience with Creo, AutoCAD, and Geneo Ability to analyze manufacturing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement sustainable process and equipment solutions to support safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives -or- working knowledge of automated test systems, fluid handling and fill equipment, refrigerant and A/C charging processes, production equipment controls and interfaces, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
