Work directly with robotics and machine vision systems supporting production operations ? Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and equipment reliability ? Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions ? Support equipment installations, upgrades, and commissioning activities ? Collaborate with manufacturing, maintenance, engineering, and production teams ? Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation ?
