Job Description Design and develop mechanical systems for packaging machinery , including frames, filling, sealing, and capping equipment Create and modify 3D CAD models and assemblies using Inventor or similar CAD software Apply DFM/DFA principles to improve manufacturability and assembly efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, electrical, and controls engineers Support prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous product improvement Ensure designs meet sanitary and hygienic standards (3-A, USDA) for food-grade equipment MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
