What You'll Do Manufacturability review — Evaluate customer designs and recommend improvements to streamline production. Drawing interpretation — Review customer drawings and determine how to manufacture parts within company capabilities. Customer communication — Provide timely quotes, technical guidance, and clear communication throughout the process. Process improvement — Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and workflow. Production support — Assist the production floor with engineering questions and problem-solving. Quality collaboration — Partner with the quality team to address issues and strengthen manufacturability. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Microsoft Office proficiency . SolidWorks or 3D modeling experience . Team-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate and report to a lead engineer or supervisor.
