Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Provide menu information, including daily specials and recommendations. Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and adherence to food safety standards. Prepare tables for new guests by resetting them appropriately after each service. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations. Experience with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in a restaurant setting. Basic kitchen knowledge to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. Proficient in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
